About Me

Hi, I’m Sue — a Life Coach who understands how powerful personal transformation can be. I’ve navigated some major turning points in my life, and each one has shaped the way I support others in finding clarity, confidence, and purpose.

After my divorce in 2009, I knew it was time for a fresh start. That decision led me to gain a counselling degree, a deeply enriching three-year journey that helped me not only understand the emotional landscape of others, but also reconnect with parts of myself I’d overlooked.

But growth isn’t a one-time leap — it’s ongoing. Years later, when I found myself stuck again, I worked with a life coach. That single experience shifted everything for me. I saw the patterns that had been quietly holding me back, and more importantly, I found the tools to move forward. That moment of clarity was so profound, I knew I had to help others experience the same.

Now, as a Rapid Transformational Coach, I support people who are ready to let go of limiting beliefs, rebuild their confidence, and step into a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. I know change can feel overwhelming, but I also know the freedom that lies on the other side.
